  • ADVANCED CHARCUTERIE DESIGN

    Ready to take your charcuterie design skills to the next level?  In this advanced class, you’ll learn even more techniques such as how to make a kiwi star and how to fold beautiful prosciutto ribbons.  

    Each ticket includes:

    • 10" disposable wood tray
    • 3 cheeses
    • 2 charcuterie
    • local pepper jelly or honey
    • all accompaniments
    • box to transport tray home
    • 60-minute class
